WE’VE CREATED THE ULTIMATE TRAINING PROGRAM
FOR YOUNG BASEBALL PLAYERS
Over the past few years as a program, we have been watching the evolving beast that is youth sports and particularly youth baseball. We have heard many of the horror stories and seen many of the setbacks players have occurred because they have been given bad information for years and years and have been training with that bad information. We have also seen how a lot of youth teams join organizations and programs and stay with the “clubs” for years…what they get in return is pretty much a jersey with a name on it. We have seen and heard all of these things from players who come to us and are behind the eight ball, we have to begin our training with them as if they are toddlers learning to walk.
We knew something had to be done to prepare these players better at a younger age so recently we have been identifying the needs for youth players/teams and shaping a program that we think will get players on track with their development at an earlier age. Which in turn should progress their skills so that when they are ready for high school ball they will be at a full sprint!
Our focus when developing these programs was to bring our expertise to the developing age of players and provide them with top-notch services at an affordable cost without losing the spirit of the program. All the youth teams will be coached by a volunteer or parent and are designed for established teams looking to take the next step.
The key components of the program will be right in line with the high school program and focus on individual skill development, athleticism, competition, and team development. Our role will be to train and develop the players over the course of their 4 month training program but the teams will be coached by a volunteer or parent.
Keeping the same ideals with the development program, this program is setup for teams that might already have a solid training foundation but are interested in joining our club and taking advantage of the other perks offered. The only difference between the 2 programs is the training aspect.
